Mountain Climb
If you are looking for a challenge, a big mountain might be a good goal. Southern California
has several opportunities to hike to great heights. I have developed programs for several
clients to reach the summits of California's highest peaks, including: Mount Whitney
(14,497'), San Gorgonio (11,499'), San Jacinto (10,834'), San Antonio (10,064') and Half
Dome (8,892'). If you don't feel up to a high peak, I have also led back country expeditions
through Sequoia and Yosemite National Parks. Outside of California, my clients have
enjoyed a Rim-to-Rim hike across the Grand Canyon and hikes through the High Peaks in
the Adirondacks.
Sports Specific Training
A pre-season strength and conditioning regime is a must for any athlete. Whether you are a
football, volleyball, basketball, track, tennis or golf athlete I can tailor a specific program to
help you increase your performance. My experience includes working with high school,
collegiate and professional athletes in all of theses areas. The key is speed, strength and
flexibility. By working these areas in a sport specific manner, the athlete will be able to
perform better with less risk of injury.
